Gentian acquired the former West Street doctors surgery in Chipping Norton in May 2015.
What we did
The existing building was converted into two four bed houses, one three bed house, a flat and retail unit with a new shop front. To the rear of the existing building two new three bed semi-detached houses were also built.
All properties have now been sold.
