Gentian was granted a thirty six-year head lease upon completion of the works and pays a fixed ground rent. Gentian sub-underlet the new retail units to ISS for a restaurant concept, two large units to WHSmith and two units to Stock Shop for their clothing and gift concepts.

Gentian’s project team ensured the retailers fit outs were managed sensitively allowing for the Hospital environment and that they were delivered on time and within budget. Our in-house estates team manage the retailers' occupation including collecting the rents and service charges and taking all financial and operational risks associated with the space.
