In 2012, Gentian purchased the land and commercial building at 132 Weyhill Road, Andover.

The main building was subsequently divided into four individual units before three units were sold on a freehold basis.

Gentian retained the common parts and Unit 1c which was let to Papa John's on a 15-year lease from 2013 at an initial rent of £15,000 per annum.
