In 2011 Gentian paid a capital contribution for the benefit of the underlease of the retail element within the main entrance concourse of the new Tunbridge Wells hospital in Pembury, Kent.
What we did
Gentian was granted a 31-year lease upon completion of the new hospital, at the same time subletting the two units to WHSmith and to Compass t/a Costa Coffee.
Gentian’s in-house estates team manage the retailers' occupation including collecting the rents and service charges and taking all financial and operational risks associated with the space.
