Gentian acquired this mid-18th century Georgian town house with substantial 1970s extensions for £2.4 million in 2016 and undertook a £3 million upgrade through specialist subcontractor Loop Interiors.
Trafalgar House, a boys' school in the early 19th century, was previously home to the County Council's social services department.
What we did
Refurbishment of the building included the replacement of the roof, windows and lift and the installation of new air conditioning, raised floors, LED lighting, WCs and showers.
Major construction firm Milestone Infrastructure has a 20 year lease on the 15,000sqft of office space.
Gentian sold Trafalgar House to Rushmoor Borough Council in December 2019.
