Gentian acquired this site in September 2016. Burford is a picturesque, medieval town in the heart of the Cotswolds.
What we did
This residential scheme comprises seven modern apartments and a barn conversion built in keeping with the surrounding area and using materials typically found in the Cotswolds.
The 'Old Brewery' is perfectly located in a secluded position behind the famous High Street of Burford, a medieval town referred to as the 'gateway' of the Cotswolds.
All properties have now been sold.
