Gentian's involvement at the QMC in Nottingham dates back to 1995 when the initial 25-year headlease on the retail element of the main course was granted.
What we did
Gentian was granted the headlease of six units, four of which were underlet to Compass trading as Amigo convenience store and Costa Coffee, and one to the StockShop. The final one was eventually occupied by the Trust for a charity unit.
An ATM was also part of the concourse which was acquired by NatWest.
Gentian's in-house management team manages the retailers' occupation including collecting the rents and service charges and taking all financial and occupational risks associated with the space.
The headlease has been extended for a further two years.
