In 2015 Gentian paid a capital contribution for the benefit of the headleases of the retail element within the new Emergency Care Centre at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Gateshead.
What we did
Gentian was granted a 30-year head lease upon completion of the new centre, at the same time subletting the three retail units to Compass t/a Costa Coffee, Amigo and Subway.
Gentian’s in-house estates team manage the retailer’s occupation including collecting the rents and service charges and taking all financial and operational risks associated with the space.
