In 2016, Gentian was granted a 15-year headlease by the Health Board for the retail units within the entrance concourse of the Princess of Wales hospital in Bridgend
What we did
Gentian pays the Health Board an annual rent for the accommodation and assist with the upkeep and maintenance of the concourse via a service charge.
The two retails units have been underlet to Compass who trade as Costa Coffee and Amigo.
Gentian’s in-house estates team manages the retailers occupation including collecting the rents and service charges.
