In 2011 Gentian paid a capital contribution for the benefit of the under-leases of the retail element within the main entrance of the newly built Peterborough City Hospital.
What we did
Gentian was granted a 31-year under-lease upon completion of the new hospital, at the same time subletting all eight retail units to Compass t/a Costa Coffee and Amigo. Compass then sub-let two of the units to WHSmith and StockShop.
Gentian’s inhouse estates team manage the retailer’s occupation including collecting the rents and service charges, taking all operational risks associated with the space.
