In August 2019 Gentian purchased this development site for a convenience retail store on one of Thornbury's main arterial roads.

What we did

We agreed a new 25 year FRI lease with Mid-Counties Co-op for a 325sqm (3,500sqft) retail area over two floors.The building was completed and handed over to the Co-op to fit out in March 2020.
