Lauriston Road, Hackney

The site, located in a mixed parade of retail, restaurant and cafe uses, comprised a three storey building occupied as a retail shop on the ground floor and two bedsits and two one-bed flats across the ground floor rear and upper floors.

Gentian refurbished and extended the ground floor retail premises which were let to Oxfam for a term of 10 years.

The bedsits and flats were converted into three one-bed apartments which are all now sold.
