Gentian, together with Sunnyday Capital, acquired this prime retail and residential site in the centre of Godalming.

Planning and Listed Building consent was obtained in February 2022 to create an exciting and innovative scheme of nine residential apartments and houses together with two re-configured retail units. Demolition has been completed in preparation for the residential development; the retail units will be available to let in spring 2025.
