Gentian acquired 9-11 Burford Road in Carterton in 2015.
The site comprised a double fronted retail premises with storage and office accommodation on the first floor and further outbuildings to the rear.
What we did
The retail premises were converted into a Costa Coffee on the ground floor and let for a term of 15 years. Three two-bed flats were created on the top floor. This investment is now sold.
The land to the rear was sold with planning permission for five flats in 2019.
