We're really pleased that Sports Direct is coming to the Brooks Shopping Centre and planning to be open before Christmas.
The Brooks was bought in January by Yarrow Estates Ltd, a consortia of investors which we are leading locally In Winchester.
Since January, alongside securing new tenants, Yarrow Estates Ltd has been extending existing leases, reducing energy wastage and installing a new high-definition CCTV system as well as generally improving the visitor experience to the Brooks.
