We are pleased to announce that on 3rd June we received full planning permission for a circa 11,000sqft industrial building and a 2,940sqft drive thru unit (including bakery) at our site at Buckmore South in Petersfield.
This is the second major consented scheme we have received from the South Downs Planning Authority in the last two years following on from the 50,000sqft urban logistics park which was granted permission last year.
We received a delegated decision within 15 weeks of validation which reflects our positive working relationship with the South Downs National Park and their excellent planning officers.
