Paul Phillips joins Gentian as Head of Estates

Paul joins from retail consultancy Nash Bond, where he was an Associate Director in the Lease Advisory team, working for high profile landlords and retailers.

Paul brings a decade of Landlord & Tenant experience to Gentian where he will provide strategic advice on the management of the existing Healthcare portfolio, whilst exploring new business development opportunities within our established NHS relationships.

Commenting on his appointment, Paul said: "I am excited to be joining Gentian and working closely with this experienced and knowledgeable team to enhance and drive-forward the healthcare business."
