The new company formed when Next Plc and Tom Joule purchased the brand from the administrators has agreed to extend Joules' stay in Southwold at a rent of £47.500 per annum.
Gentian purchased the building in 2013 before redeveloping the upper floors to create two residential units. The ground floor, once a launderette, was refurbished and let in 2014 to Joules Limited.
