Gentian is leading the way locally in building environmentally responsible commercial buildings. Their newly completed class E units on Moorside Road, Winnall, are designed to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
Built by local contractor SM5, the building has achieved the highest energy efficiency rating of EPC A+. This indicates it is generating more energy than it consumes and has minimal carbon emissions.
Specialist car detailing service, Konings Detailing has already leased one of the two units. Founder Michael Laskowski, was impressed with not only the energy efficiency of the building but also the high level of security of the site.
